We found that when using large power laser tube cut the acrylic,the laser light spot will be influenced by the smoke and sometimes may leads to incomplete cut. Here are some small tips to solve that situation:
(1)The larger power of the laser tube, the thicker the acrylic, and the oil fume produced by processing has more obvious produced by cutting wood doesn’t influence the cutting.
(2)The larger the machining area, the easier the smoke enter the B mirror of the flat bed machine & 1313 &1614 & 1814 model will be influenced.
(3)When cutting acrylic, if sometimes incomplete cut happens, use a fan to blow the processed material. If not solved, try cut wood to see whether this is caused by the smoke.
(4)Optimize the suction system of laser equipment, increase more suction ports and suction area.
(5)Clean the suction port and fan regularly.
